 윈도우 설치 과정에서 꺼지는 증상으로 입고된 컴퓨터입니다.

컴퓨터에 하드디스크에 자료가 있어서 하드디스크 연결 해제하고 SSD에 윈도우 설치했는데, 꺼지질 않습니다.

윈도우 설치 후 드라이버 설치 벤치마크 프로그램 돌려봐도 꺼지질 않습니다.

 

그래서, 기존의 분리한 하드디스크를 다시 꽂았더니, 꺼지는 증상이 발생되는 경우입니다. 

그리고 추가 증상으로 USB 전원 스피커를 연결하면 꺼지는 증상이 있었습니다.

Repair of incoming computer due to symptoms of turning off during use. They found it because it always turns off during the process of reinstalling Windows. It never turned off while I was installing Windows, and I finished installing the driver. It's a computer that uses 1 M.2 SSD + 2 hard disks. I heard that there is data on the hard disk, so I removed the hard disk Sata power/data cable with the data and proceeded with installing Windows 10. I heard that the symptoms continued to appear while installing Windows 10, but I finished installing Windows 10, and even when I installed the driver and turned the Cinebench around, it went back to normal.

There are no symptoms of failure, so I tried to clean it up, and when I connected two previously unplugged hard disks, it turned off. The test was conducted by changing the connection of the hard disk. Removing one hard disk does not turn off. => Misleading parts => You may suspect that the hard disk you removed first is defective. When you remove the part, the symptoms disappeared, so you need a verification process to double-check the symptoms of turning off by connecting only the hard disk in question.

One hard disk works fine and two computers turn off. So, I temporarily connected another hard disk (for testing). I think there is a problem with the USB voltage (5V voltage) of Micronix Power Supply, so I am measuring it with a test.

The suspected hard disk was connected and the working hard disk was disconnected. => Works normally without turning off. => If repeated patterns (cause) are not found here, a mental breakdown may occur and the check process may take a long time. Intermittent symptoms may be difficult to pinpoint the cause of the failure because the symptoms are not constant and there is no repeated pattern as above. This is because of the different thoughts (memory) that come to mind at the time of many failure cases (experiences). If the cause is incorrect or the symptoms hide during the inspection, it will fall into a labyrinth.

Fortunately, after connecting the two hard disks, I reconfirmed the problem. => Just in time, if you connect two hard disks and the symptoms of turning off disappear, it will be difficult to find the cause (chaos). If the symptoms disappear during the inspection process, it can be a difficult inspection process =>. (Repeat check until symptom reoccurs)

There were intermittent defect symptoms such as the above. I was lucky enough to have frequent symptoms, so it was possible to estimate defects, and additionally during the inspection, I found the following symptoms (patterns). Found a pattern in which bad symptoms always occur. (Condition 2)

Condition 0) It is normal to use M.2 SSD alone, but turns off when two hard disks are connected (random = intermittent symptoms)

 

Condition 1) M.2 SSD alone + USB wireless keyboard, mouse set (wireless receiver connected to USB extension) will not turn off

 

Condition 2) When the computer turns on the speaker that uses USB power, it always turns off when plugged in (check the same symptoms as USB power speakers from other models)

If you find the conditions under which the symptoms always occur, you can test them by replacing the parts one by one. (Symptoms = Part cross-testing is relatively easier than finding causes) If you read the symptoms in summary as above, it doesn't seem like much, but when you actually check it, it's sometimes difficult to find a pattern. The above computer is a defect that causes symptoms more often.

I thought there would be a problem with the power supply, so I cross-tested it with my test power supply. When the computer is turned on, it does not turn off when you plug in the USB speaker. And, I checked that it works normally even after connecting two hard disks. The power is left in the A/S period, so you decided to receive the A/S yourself. In my personal opinion, I suggested that it would be better to dispose of the repaired/replaced power received by A/S as a used power and purchase a new product from another manufacturer and use it as a new power.
