케이스 교체는 가능합니다.

Taking out all the components and cutting the case or replacing the case is more demanding and dangerous, so even if there is someone who does the cutting (industrial company, etc.), it may be cheaper to replace the case. Or if you have a good hand technique to cut iron plates yourself, I don't know if you're doing it yourself, but if you want to leave it to someone else? I think changing the case would be better.

It seems that you have taped the sharp side to prevent your hand from getting hurt even after cutting. When you cut it with a nipper, if the nipper blade is weak, it can pop up to your face as it breaks. Always be careful of safety accidents when cutting. It is recommended that you replace the graphics card with a non-interference case if possible.
