CPU, RAM, VGA, BOOT 순서로 LED가 넘어갑니다. 각 LED에서 멈춰서 진행이 안 될 경우에는 해당 부품만의 문제는 아니며, 과정에서 문제가 생긴 것이기 때문에 이지디버그의 LED를 참고해서 원인을 찾아볼 수 있습니다. (꼭 LED가 켜졌다가 그 부속이 문제가 아니라 점검 과정에서 문제가 생긴 것으로 보입니다. LED가 VGA, BOOT로 넘어가도록 부속을 변경하면서 테스트를 해봐야 합니다.)

The MSI motherboard has this convenient boot check function. The LED goes over in the order of CPU=> RAM=> VGA=> BOOT. If there is an error, it may stop, blink, or have various symptoms. 

​

 It is difficult to diagnose because the CPU is defective because it does not go over the CPU LED, and I assume that an error occurred during the test process. Usually, it seems that there were many cases where it was caught by the CPU and RAM LEDs and did not go over. Uniquely, there were cases where the CPU and RAM blinked at the same time.
